ASU Workplace Guide for family violence
The ASU has produced a new guide to assist managers, WHS reps and ASU Workplace Reps when responding to family violence disclosures in the workplace.
From 1 August 2023 ALL WORKERS can access 10 days of Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave through the National Employment Standards.
ASU members lead a decade long campaign to ensure all workers can access paid leave to escape violence at home.
As the union that represents frontline family violence workers, we are uniquely placed to provide advice about the best practice for dealing with family violence in the workplace.
